The following terms and conditions apply in relation to contracts arranged by YorEasyTransfers.com, as an agent and supplier, for transfers between the departure points and destinations specified in the written confirmation issued by YorEasyTransfers.com, which is the trading name of Yor EasyTravel Lda..

In these terms and conditions references to "we", "us" or "our" refer to us & to ours suppliers of services, references to "you" and "your" and "passenger(s)" include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.
Bookings may be made online at www.yoreasytransfers.com by email or by telephone. Where two or more people are included in the same booking, the person making the booking the Lead Party shall be deemed to have done so on behalf of both or all members of the party and he or she accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of himself or herself and each member of the party. The Lead Party must be at least 18 years of age.
Bookings made within 8 hours before the transfer must be confirmed by e-mail to email@example.com or phone number +351 91 367 33 22 as in a short time we may not have vehicles available on the area.
It is the Lead party (or any other person acting on behalf of the passengers whose names appear on the written confirmation) responsibility to check the details of the booking on the voucher prior to travel and inform us as soon as possible if there are any errors. We cannot be held responsible for errors in services due to incorrect information provided at the time of the booking.
If your arrival flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact us via the telephone numbers provided on the voucher.
We always check flight arrival times and in case of delay we will wait for you or make a new arrangement but you may have to wait a couple minutes at the Airport for the new transfer .
We or our website will give you the pickup time on services from hotel/accommodation to the airport, according to the flight time provided by you. We strongly recommend not changing the pick up to a later time. All flight Companies advice the passengers to be in the airport 2 hours before flight departure.
Advise us in advanced in case of extra stops required (e.g. to collect the key of an apartment to a third party location) a local extra charge payable may apply.
We cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control:
Accidents causing delays to the vehicle; Exceptional or severe weather conditions; Compliance with requests of the police; Deaths and accidents on the road; Vandalism and terrorism; Unforeseen traffic delays; Industrial action by third parties; Other circumstances affecting passenger safety; Road closures due to local fiestas or other events; Properties that are not accessible to a vehicle; Acts of God, flood, earthquake or any other natural disaster; Epidemic or pandemic; War, threat of war or similar; Fire or explosions; Terrorist attack or riots.
CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS /PAYMENT
If you need to amend or cancel your booking details, you should do by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling+351 91 367 33 22, the voucher number must be mentioned. If the amendment leads to an increased cost, this must be paid by the customer at the time of the service. Last minute amendments will be subject to availability.
Bookings cancelled outside of 48hrs can be done free of charge. Cancellations within 48hrs will be subject to 100% cancellation fees
Please note that in the case of NO SHOW the booking is non-refundable
We reserve the right to amend the final price of any online booking made by you if you have inserted the incorrect location of the resort. We will give you the opportunity to rebook your transfer at the correct price or to cancel your transfer and receive the refund paid.
Full payment is required at the time of booking or on arrival to resort. On either case we will process the booking and issue, by email the written confirmation with details of the persons involved in the booking and the transfers booked. The written confirmation acts as the "voucher" and must be presented to our driver for both journeys. A legally binding contract will be created between the Lead Party (and all of the passengers listed on the written confirmation) and us.
On the website you can choose to pay by Paypal (extra fee charge), Credit Card (extra fee charge) or Payment to the driver on the Arrival (no extra fee charge).
In case you booked a return transfer our drivers are instructed to receive the full amount upon arrival to your accommodations, but if needed, they can receive only for the transfer provided.
In case you have to pay the Departure Transfer to the driver, you must pay as soon as he collects you on the day and address provided for the pickup collection.
All online payments made are refundable if canceled by the Lead Party at least 48 hours prior the service.
Baggage space is very dependent upon the number of passengers and the vehicle. Please let us know in advance if there will be extra items such as golf clubs, wheelchairs, sports equipment, etc., and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Each passenger named on the written confirmation is entitled to have carried with him on the relevant transfers up to two items of baggage, i.e. one suitcase which should not exceed 70cm x 40cm x 20cm and one piece of hand luggage. Carriage of any baggage exceeding these measurements will be subject to available baggage hold space and may be declined. If a passenger requires carriage of baggage in excess of this allowance (e.g. suitcases exceeding the maximum permitted size, skis, golf clubs, bicycles, snowboards, wheelchairs/scooters etc) we must be informed at the time of booking. The supplier may make a charge for excess baggage or refuse carriage of the excess items. Please contact our Administration Team to check if this is available for your routing.
We are not a specialist disabled transfer company, but will do our utmost to cater for any requirements you may have. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your transfer, please provide us with full details before you confirm your booking so that we may advise as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements if possible.
The EU directive 2003/20/EC states that children must use an appropriate child seat until they reach 12 years of age or until they reach a height of 135 cm.
All children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age, and thus should be included in the designed field at the time of booking. Child seat for a child are provided by us free of charge. We strongly recommend that you advise the age on the special requirements box at the time of the booking, so we can supply the most suitable child seat according to the child´s age.
We reserve the right to decline to transport your party due to health and safety specifications should you not advise you require booster or baby seats prior to travelling
CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
The drivers or us, reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is, or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver or the vehicle. No refunds will be made in those circumstances.
Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol, eat or Smoke on any of our vehicles, with the exception of water.
All vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required by the Portuguese law. Passenger´s baggage is, however, carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage by us. We will not accept responsibility for any costs incurred or the making of any arrangements in returning the items to passengers.
Should YorEasyTransfers fail beyond their control to reach your desired destination, we will provide alternative transportation at no extra cost to the client.
We will wait approx 1 hour after your landing time in Faro. Should there be a problem with luggage, provided you advise us by sending 1 member of your party to find us in arrivals we will be happy to wait for you until the problem is resolved, if you are travelling alone please advise by calling the number provided on your VOUCHER.
We reserve the right to depart your accommodation/pickup adress15 minutes after the pre arranged pick up time should a member of your party not advise our driver of your delay.
We would ask clients to give us a margin of 10 minutes should we not arrive at the pick up at the time pre arranged on the voucher, call us on +351913673322 this will give us adequate time to deal with unforeseen circumstances which may arise.
In the unlikely event of our driver misses your pick up time please contact us on +351913673322, if for any reason you would not be able to contact us, please provide an alternative transport to the Airport (local taxi) and we will pay for the extra money that you spent on alternative transport .We will not be responsible for any missed flights caused by this circumstance.
When paying for alternative transport to the airport please ensure that you obtain a receipt, send to us by email and if is our mistake you will be refunded the cost of the taxi. Further to this we cannot refund any costs without provision of a receipt.
We, and each of our group companies, officers and employees exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that you may incur (including any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, wasted management or office time and whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable) in connection with your booking; the transfer services; and/or your use of the Website.
We exclude all representations and warranties relating to the transfer services that you have booked through us to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our liability to the passengers, except in cases involving death or personal injury, shall be limited to a maximum of twice the cost of the booking for the transfer service.
Nothing in these administrative terms and conditions excludes or limits: our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, and any of your other statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. We guarantee to allocate a vehicle to every booking request. In the event that we are unable to allocate your booking request to one of his vehicles, we will request one from our suppliers. As last resource, we will accommodate you in a local taxi.
After completing each transfer provided by us, we send out by email a feedback form, in which we reserve the right to publish your comment and review on our website.
Disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then regrettably you may not place an order via our website.

The driver Tiago was Very punctual and pleasant. Booked a return transfer from faro to Albufeira and both journeys were fine. When we came out at arrivals Tiago was already there waiting, we realised we hadn't picked our buggy up from baggage collection and Tiago was so patient and said these things happen all the time so don't worry!
