When we came out at arrivals Tiago was already there waiting, we realised we hadn't picked our buggy up from baggage collection and Tiago was so patient and said these things happen all the time so don't worry! Just to say thanks for the excellent service on our recent holiday in the Algarve. Your driver ensured our holiday began as soon as we had arrived and we were in Lagos very quickly. He also turned up in plenty of time for our return to the airport. A very professional service and we will certainly again.
